Object Counting (Cognitive Development) and Book Orientation & Print Awareness (Language Dev. & Communication) will be the two constructs all teachers will implement in the fall 2015. All other domains and constructs will be available for teachers to use, but won't be required.

- Center use
- Tasks/Activities are INTENTIONALLY planned to allow for the development and observation/assessment of the standards for Kindergarten
- Assessments being done throughout the centers-- notes, checklists, photos, videos
- Small groups and individual conferences
- Teacher interaction with students-- Questioning by teacher, teacher directed learning minimal, choices by student in responding to open ended tasks
